Background
Over a career of more than 20 years as a trusted advisor to companies and investors at the intersection of strategy, operations and finance, I have learned what companies have done wrong so that you do not repeat their mistakes.
I previously was the Chief Financial Officer of a private family holding structure, where I led the optimization of the portfolio of assets through sales and financing, built the capital allocation framework balancing a family trust's needs against growth ambitions, and developed the liquidity forecasting tools, long-term planning models, and KPI and return-metric forecasting that portfolio company CEOs used to run their businesses.
I hold an MBA from NYU Stern and a BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell, and am a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
